The risk of delamiation of the construction Plywood concrete ,that need some special certain checklist .
My concern is always the delamination of the plywood for construction and industrial plywood ,normally it has defines the delamiation as below :
A visible separation between plies that would normally receive glue at their interface and be firmly contacted in the pressing operation .
Customers often fear that plywood will delaminate if it gets wet .The fact is ,water will not affect the glue bond of properly manufacturerd plywood panels bonded with exterior glue .hOWEVER,some delamination is permitted but limited in Size.
Exterior plywood permites no delmiantions except a limited area when assocated with permissible grade characteristics .If for some reason a planel is not properly bonded ,exposure to water or moisture will useually make the delamination apparent as a result of separation betwen two or more individual plies in the area involved .If not all delamination,will become visible upon the first exposure .Customers sometimes fear that plywood will begin delaminting as it ages ,or ,they may worry because a friend or neighbor experienced a problem .Delamination is not a “sickness .” if delamination does Occur in a small localized area after exposure there is no reason to belive that more aeras will appear in the same panel or other panels in order or shipment .
Some permissible performace ,grade,growth or natural characteristics are oftern interpreted as delamination.LEAFing,for instance,a separation on the veneer surface between annual rings that may occur in plywood,is not delamination and is not a product defect ,but may be specificially prohibited in certain grades .Check a lengthwire separation of wood fibers ,is often perceived to be the early stages of delamiation .Howere ,chekcing is a natural characterstic of wood that does not affect the intergrity of the panel .Buckling ,a performance condition that may be caused by imporper installation of the panle .It is a separate condition unrealted to gluebond performance.

Concrete FORM panels are 10% to 30% stronger than similiar thicknesses of standard Eucalyptus panels depending on the conditions of use. Faster pour rates are possible with these panels relative to those using standard panels.
