When you buy film faced plywood from China,have you confirmed the film colour with your chinese suppliers?
Sure this is very very important ,as many “MADE IN CHINA” domestic film have many different colors ,like light brown ,red brown ,dark black brown ….Pure black ,red ……
We have experienced one problem before ,shipped black brown film faced plywood to customers ,then the foreign customers complained that we shipped them black color ,actually it is brown ,but very dark brown like black .When you use flash to take pictures,it is brown .
But compared and we checked last 3 years POs and pictures ,all red brown ,that is the only shipments we shipped ,the foreign customers found the color difference,but our QC made big mistake as the inspection area is not good light ,dark and the factory windows all not transparent ,very difficult to recognize the film color ,this is our mistake .
When your QC check the film faced plywood,please be really careful .
Our film faced plywood is exterior Poplar and hardwood Eucalyptus plywood, overlaid with phenol or melamine film on one or both sides. Film faced surface of the panel prevents it from moisture penetrating, has high resistance to abrasion, chemicals and fungus formation. Edges of film-faced plywood are varnished with water-resistant acryl-based paint. Wide range of film colours and types of surface (smooth, wiremesh, paper coated) allows to widen a range of end use areas of film faced plywood.
HOW MUCH HIGH HOT PRESSING TEMPERATURE FOR YOUR FILM FACED PLYWOOD PRODUCTION PROCESS ,HIGH OR LOW TEMPERATURE FOR THE GOOD GLOSSY FILM ?
As many importers they don’t know how hot make their film faced plywood more glossy ,the higher temperature about 130 degree,then the glossy is best .But one quality problems will be created if the substrate of the film faced plywood or the film is not good,will be more burn marks.
If the film hot pressing temperature is not hot enough lower 130 or just 110 ,then even the hot pressing plate is glossy ,the finished film plywood will be not glossy like 130 degree hot pressing temperature.

must Remove the cement and nails from the joint core of the film faced plywood
Many foreign users complained that they received many joint core film faced plywood from their chinese plywood suppliers ,they said they when they cut the film faced plywood,they found must Remove the cement and nails from the joint core ,destroyed many their machines .
So ,this is a must to remove all the cement and nails when doing joint core plywood .

Anti-Slip wiremesh dynea brown film faced plywood made in Pizhou and Diaodian ,using 100% hardwood and covered with a layer of waterproof phenolic film
The wear side has a rough wire mesh pattern and the reverse side is smooth film or raw plywood as needed. The edges of plywood are sealed with acrylic paint to prevent water penetration. The wire mesh surface has high wear resistance and Anti-Slip properties.
The panels are overlaid with a phenol film and have a wire mesh & chequered pattern imprinted during hot pressing process. During this process a Wire Mesh / Anti-Slip pattern is also applied.
Our standard colour of the Film is brown but can be produced in other colours depending on requirements.
