Professional training would be good for most of the Plywood QC/QA Parts 102:BEFORE GO TO THE MILL TO INSPECT AND GRADE PLYWOOD,MAKE SURE YOUR QC HAS A REGULAR PHONE CALL TO YOUR SUPPLIERS

I believe this is good for your company to save costs and time to arrange the inspetion .

I have expreienced so much that before ,every time when our QC went to the suppleirs to inspect the plywood after our suppliers called us to go to inspect ,normally,the supplier just finished parts of the plywood ,even just 100 pieces or 200 pieces ,they called us and said they already finished all of them and we can go to inspect at any time .

But ,sure most of the inspectors experienced that ,when they arrived at the factory and asked the production manager to show them all the products,then the production manager said they just finished small parts of them ,that is very stupid thing for the QC to go and come if the distance is too long and costs are too much .

Then every time ,we need call the productionj manager and sales peop[le or the boss to check again and again ,make sure the production manager is not playing games or cheating .

I have one bad memory that one facotry ,our qc went to the factory as early as possible to plan to inspet the materials after the sales people called our headoffice to inspect and said they already finished the materials .Actually the sales people did not check  in personal if their production manager really finished the plywood or not .They wasted our two whole days and big money on the traverlling .Actually ,just need half a day to finish all the inspection and packing .

Last several days,I called the sales mananager again ,asked her if really finished it or not ?She insisted that already finished ,and our qc can go to inspect .But after 10 or 1 hour ,she sent me a message again ,said sorry for this ,the plywood not finishe yet ,need delay one day to inspect .

You know ,I felt very bad ,as we already arranged our qc to go as they requested .Their plan was changed,we need change accordingly ,but our qc are limited ,every day we have our own plan which mills to go and what time can finish the contaisner loading .THey changed our plan and we lost our regular plan and other suppliers started to complain why we changed our inspection time ,I can say ,just becasuse of the stupid suppliers they did not tell us real and tell us truth .

Actually,we could not complain always,we should find a way to stop this and have a good and tight relationship with the suppliers.If any new extral costs they must pay 10 times more of the costs and also the time ,delay their inspection if the customers did not need it urgently ,or ask the suppliers to pay the USD to the customers accordingly if could not ship on time.
