Talk with your QC how is the status of the production and inspection now ,how are the quality standards ,how are the packing ?

Also try to visit the factories randomly and checking the suppliers’s production ….

randomly checking the shipping marks and if the plywood can meet your quality requirement and if any wrong packing …

How are the quality of the core construction and edges and the face/back quality ?


When you go to check ,you are sure will find something wrong need to be corrected and improved .I have experienced this before several times .

Randomly checking not means no trust , it means highly trust ….
