FILM FACED PLYWOOD ,EDGES PAINTING …PRODUCTION PROCESS CAN NOT BE CHANGED

We did something wrong last week ,as the time of the shipment is very tight ,and the workers are new ,we paint the edges of the film faced plywood after filming and inspection ,but not paint the edges after trimming of the veneer core platform before filming .

Then when we found that many dirty dust of the WBP paints left on the edges can not be removed .

This is not good .

The right process is ,paint the edges with WBP glue mixed with poplar four first to fill the holes of the edges, then put film when make film hot pressing on the ply platform  .You can not also use MR glue mixed with poplar four to fill the edges. The color of the mixed polar flour should be the same like the film color or custom-made color .

When after inspection and before packing ,spray the water-resistant paint .
