Currently ,most of the big cities in China are facing the polluted air acrid smog ,which makes the people feel terrible , It was the highest level of pollution recorded ,The smog in Shanghai follows severe pollution that affected Beijing and Harbin in Heilongjiang province in recent months.these acrid were created by vehicles all the whole year and mineral coals in WINTER ,especially in Winter ,the people will fire Mineral coal to make warm .

Now,I heard that some industry areas already started to LIMIT the mineral coals using ,means the industries will slowdown their production who are using Mineral coals as the energy .

Plywood production need big quantity of Mineral coals to make plywood core veneer dry and hot pressing,now ,they should be facing the LIMITED Energy ,manufacturers will spend more money to use electricity to dry the core veneer and plywood …especially before Chinese New year.

So ,my idea is ,if you have Orders,ask your factories to supply ASAP .Better prices ,on-time shipments ….Hope Linyi,hebei ,pizhou ,xuzhou and most of the major plywood production regirions can ship them ASAP before the local industries be reduced to use mineral coal .

PAY ATTENTION ON THE SUMMER HOT TEMPERATURE PLYWOOD LAMINATION

In summer in North of China is very hot ,especially this year can reach from 37 degree ,very hot .So the face and back veneer of Lamination production of the plywood must be very careful .

In winner ,the cold climate will accept  1 day more time for you to laminate the face veneer and hot pressing .But in Summer ,should immediately hot pressing after lamination the face and back veneer .or ,it will be have lamination problems like blister or bubble or other manufacturing problems.Because the glue will be dry and can not keep the GLUE Quality .

WEIGHTS OF PLYWOOD ( CALCULATION OF THE WEIGHT OF A PIECE OF PLYWOOD)

Weights of Plywood varies depends on the wood species, however, as a guide approximate weight Depends what the “ply” value is,the number of layers glued together and density of a plywood,Moisture content of the plywood and the wood species ….also Due to the difference in manufacturing methods for the various plywood products, they can vary in weight considerable,like cold and hot pressing methods …

Mainly plywood density is 450kg/CBM to 650kg/CBM, but some hardwood plywood density can beyond 1,000kg/CBM.

450 kilogram/cubic meter = 28.092 582 378 pound/cubic foot

650 kilogram/cubic meter = 40.578 174 547 pound/cubic foot

1 000 kilogram/cubic meter = 62.427 960 841 pound/cubic foot

Now, applying the rule of science,

Weight = Volume*Density

Volume = L*B*H

Volume = 4*8*(0.5/12)

Volume = 1.33 ft^3

*Let us consider all 3 cases of different densities:

1.Weight = Volume*Density

Weight = 1.33*28.092 582 378 pound

Weight = 37.36313456274 pound.

2.Weight = Volume*Density

Weight = 1.33 * 40.578 174 547

Weight = 53.97 pound

3.Weight = Volume*Density

Weight = 1.33 * 62.427 960 841 pound

Weight = 83.03 pound
