Causes:

2, surface paper volatile content is too low

the solution:

防火板生产中易出现的缺陷及解决方法
一、板面局部有白花
产生的原因:
1、表层纸含胶量不足或干燥中局部树脂固化
2、表层纸挥发物含量过低
3、热压式压力不均匀
4、忖垫材料无弹性
5、不锈钢板表明不平
6、树脂反应过老,分子太大,树脂流动性大
解决的方法:
1、提高表层纸树脂含量或控制干燥温度,防止局部树脂固化
2、提高表层纸的挥发物含量
3、检修热压机,改进加压面的均匀性
4、定期更换忖垫材料
5、不锈钢板定期抛光
6、树脂应分析检验,不合格指标要求时停止使用
二、板面有湿花(水汽),边缘较为严重
产生的原因:
1、浸胶纸干燥后挥发物含量太高
2、印刷木纹的油墨或染料所用的溶剂不合适
3、浸胶干燥后的胶膜纸吸湿(回潮)
解决的方法:
1、降低浸胶纸干燥后的挥发物含量
2、调换油墨(染料)用的溶剂
3、注意胶膜纸的存放,一般可用塑料布遮盖
三、装饰板表面开裂
产生的原因:
1、树脂反应过嫩,分子太小
2、树脂固化不完全
3、表层胶膜纸含胶量太高
解决的方法:
1、不合格的树脂停止使用
2、适当提高热压温度或延长热压时间
3、控制表层胶膜纸的含胶量
四、装饰板分层
产生的原因:
1、胶膜纸挥发物含量太低,胶膜纸在干燥时局部树脂固化
2、胶膜纸树脂含量不够
3、压力过低或热压时间不够
4、胶膜纸之间有杂物
解决的方法:
1、控制挥发物含量不要过低,干燥温度不要过高,时间不要过长、防止树脂局部固化
2、提高胶膜纸含胶量
3、适当提高压力含延长加热时间
4、铺模时注意清楚杂物
五、装饰板翘曲
产生的原因:
1、各种原纸组织成分厚薄不均匀
2、胶膜纸含胶量不均匀,各处压力不一致
3、压制过程中保温后未能进行充分冷却
解决的方法:
1、各种原纸应符合工艺要求
2、保持树脂浓度均匀,调整挤压辊轴的间隙
3、冷却到50度以下在进行卸压
