Ecological plywood substrate
Introduced the substrate of three kinds of ecological boards, which are followed by the blockboard ecological board, the particle board ecological board and the fiberboard ecological board. Although they are all ecological boards, you will find that the ecological board of each type of substrate is used for detailed research. Very different.
Today we are introducing the fourth ecological board substrate – plywood.
Plywood, also called multi-layer board, is a three-layer or multi-layer board made of wood by rotary cutting into veneers or wood cutting into thin wood and then using adhesive glue. The cost span is also large depending on the number of layers and quality of the board.
The veneer decorative panels on the market are commonly known as veneers and are also a type of plywood. It is used to accurately cut wood with various textures into 0.2-0.5mm veneer and 3mm-5mm plywood, and is bonded with advanced adhesive to make surface materials for various substrates.
The advantages of using plywood as the ecological board substrate are convenient construction, good lateral tensile strength, various sizes, flexible texture and bendability. The disadvantage of the plywood eco-board is that it is easy to stratify due to moisture, and it will bend when the span is large. Suitable for the back panel, partition and drawer bottom of the furniture.
