Basic knowledge training of HPL fire protection board
Basic Analysis of Chinese HPL (Fireproof Board)
HPL inspection Rules ,
HPL checklist ,
HPL QC inspector ,
1.1 Fire-proof board: HPL (Decorative High-pressure Laminate) is made of multi-layer thermosetting resin impregnated paper under high temperature and pressure.
1.2 Fire-proof door panels: The door panels are made by cutting and sealing the wood-based panels with special glue.
2.1 Fire-proof board is divided into three major grassroots units, the most
1. Wear-resistant layer 2. Decorative layer 3. Base layer
The surface layer is transparent and wear-resistant layer, the second layer is decorative paper layer, and the third layer is basement layer.
2.2 Wear-resistant layer: improve the surface wear resistance and high temperature resistance of fire-proof board. decorate
Layer: It has decorative effect and the main expression of the pattern and texture of fireproof board. Base layer: Strengthen the structural strength of the fire-proof board, adjust the thickness of the base to adjust the whole thickness of the fire-proof board
3. raw materials
Wear-resistant layer: Aluminum trioxide transparent paper or silicon carbide transparent paper, fire resistance and wear resistance mainly depends on this layer of paper. Decorative layer: Melamine impregnated printing paper, the weight of general paper: 80-120 g/.
Base layer: kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin or urea-formaldehyde resin. The weight of general paper is 140-180 g/. The thickness of fire-proof board is mainly determined by the thickness of the basement layer. The thicker the fire-proof board is, the more the basement layer is.
4. Process flow
4.1 Process flow: mixing dipping warehousing (constant temperature and humidity) paving hot pressing cutting back polishing laminating packaging warehousing (finished product warehouse)
4.2 Glue dipping and hot pressing are the key links in the production of fire-proof board. Glue dipping is the process of printing paper with printing pattern passing through the glue trough of melamine to make melamine into the inside and surface of paper, and then dried and cut to make melamine impregnated paper.
