Blockboard QC Inspection Checklist : Part 1 Blockboard applications and structure

China Blockboard is a kind of special plywood which is produced by gluing two or more plywood layers on both sides and using the splicing or hollow board as the core board on the basis of plywood production. The characteristics of blockboard are mainly determined by the core board structure. It is widely used in furniture manufacturing, sewing machine table board, carriage, ship and other production and construction industries.

1) According to the core structure

Butt joint Blockboard

Finger joint  Blockboard

2) According to the splicing status of lumber  core

Plywood coreboard: Plywood coreboard made of coreboard bonded with adhesive.

Non-glued coreboard: coreboard made of coreboard without adhesives.

3) According to the surface processing of blockboard, it can be divided into three categories: single-sided sanded blockboard, double-sided sanded Blockboard and non-sanded blockboard.

4) According to the use environment

Indoor Blockboard: Blockboard suitable for indoor use.

Blockboard for outdoor use: Blockboard for outdoor use.

5) by layers

Three-layer blockboard: a Blockboard made by pasting one layer of veneer on each of the two large surfaces of the core.

Five-layer blockboard: Blockboard made of two veneers pasted on two large surfaces of the core.

Multilayer Blockboard: Blockboard made by pasting two or more layers of veneers on two large surfaces of the core.

6) By use
