The surface damage was caused by nails from the pallets ,when the workers made the pallets ,they used different types of nails to Fix the runners and slats of the pallets , but if not care ,the nails can be Exposed ,Puncture plywood packaging, and then under the action of pressure, puncture to the top of the next plywood, so that the plywood surface has several nail pits.

What should we do to avoid such damage?

1. Thicker outer packing plywood

2. When stacking the packed plywood, a thick pad should be laid underneath.

3. When fixing a pallet pay attention to fixing the nails in the bottom legs, and don’t expose them.
