Demoulding agent in wood-based panel production
Demoulding agent is an interfacial coating used on the surfaces of two objects which are easy to adhere to each other. It can make the surfaces of objects easily detached, smooth and clean.
The demoulding agent has high tensile strength, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance and stress performance, and is not easy to decompose or wear; it is bonded to the die without transferring to the processed parts, so as not to hinder the secondary processing operation.
According to the usage, release agents include internal release agents and external release agents; according to their forms, they are solvent release agents, water-borne release agents, solvent-free release agents, powder release agents, paste release agent coatings and so on; according to active substances, they are silicon series, wax series and fluorine series. Silicon series are mainly siloxane compounds, silicone oil, silicone resin methyl branched chain silicone oil, methyl silicone oil, emulsified methyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing methyl silicone oil, silicone grease, silicone resin, silicone rubber, silicone rubber toluene solution. Wax series plant, animal, synthetic paraffin; microcrystalline paraffin; polyethylene wax, etc. Fluorine series has the best isolation performance, less pollution to the mould, but high cost PTFE; fluorine resin powder; fluorine resin, etc.
At present, most domestic wood-based panels are imported products, such as Wuertz of Germany, Zeller & Gmelin, FENTAK of Australia, etc.如无特殊说明，文章均为本站原创，转载请注明出处。If there are no special instructions, the articles are original, if you want to use or reproduce, please indicate the original source www.plywoodinspection.com,If you find that our articles infringe on your copyrights and interests, please email us at email@example.com in time and we will delete it at the first time.
