Difference between OSB and Particleboard
Oriented particleboard is one of the new varieties of particleboard. When particleboard is paved, the top and bottom surface layers of the directional particleboard are arranged vertically according to the direction of its fibers, while the core layer is arranged horizontally to form a three-layer structural board embryo, and then hot-pressed into the directional structure particleboard.
The shape of directional particleboard requires larger length and width, and its thickness is slightly thicker than that of conventional particleboard. Oriented particleboard is mainly used in construction, transportation, packaging and other fields abroad. In North America, directional particleboard has been widely used in wallboard, floor, floor, etc. In recent years, directional particleboard and veneer laminated wood have been used as load-bearing structural materials for I-beams in the construction industry. As an exposed packaging material, directional particleboard can be used to make pallets, packing boxes, storage boxes, container boards and other acceptable inspection and quarantine treatment. In the transportation industry, directional particleboard is used for car panels, car floors and so on.
