Distinction between co-directional wood-grain plywood-LVL, LVB, multilayer plywood and plywood
LVL, LVB and plywood belong to multi-layer board, that is, laminated board with multi-layer wood brush.
According to the horizontal and vertical direction of the arrangement of wood bark, it is divided into LVL and plywood, all of which are in the same direction. The plywood is arranged horizontally and vertically. The structure of the two kinds of plywood is different, of course, there will be differences in performance, with different emphasis, toughness and stability. We can check them.
LVB also has different arrangement of wood bark, which is similar to plywood structure. However, the amount of wood bark discharged from LVB is not uniform in each horizontal and vertical direction, which is determined by specific needs (e.g. 3 horizontal, 2 vertical and 3 horizontal).
An important factor affecting the quality of wood is glue. Wood bark is generally similar. The glue brushed on wood bark is different, the quality is different, and the use is different. We don’t pay attention to formaldehyde emission when we buy furniture. This is the effect of rubber used in plate production.
