High Pressure Laminate Backers Grade Liners
Recommended Uses Wilsonart® Cabinet Liner sheets are designed for use in a three (3) ply fabrication on the backside of substrates faced with Wilsonart® High Pressure Decorative Laminates. Types of fabricated pieces using these products include contract and residential furniture, wall panels, countertops, and cabinetry. Wilsonart® Cabinet Liner sheets are designed to provide attractive lining and facing surfacing for cabinetry interiors such as shelves, drawers and cabinet doors and walls. They are solely intended for application to the unexposed backs of pieces faced with High Pressure Decorative Laminate and not for use as a structural material or to be mechanically fastened. They provide the fabricated piece with balance and protection from the effects of humidity in their normal use. Wilsonart® Cabinet Liner sheets are available in various types and thicknesses. Typically cabinet liner backer sheets should be about the same thickness as the thickness specified for the decorative face laminate used in the application. Product Composition Wilsonart® Cabinet Liner sheets are composed of kraft paper core sheets impregnated with phenolic resin. These sheets are then bonded at pressures greater than 1000 lbs. per square inch at temperatures approaching 300° F (149° C). Finished sheets are trimmed and the back sanded to facilitate bonding. Basic Limitations Wilsonart® Cabinet Liner sheets are designed for interior use only and should not be subjected to extremes in humidity or temperatures higher than 275°F (135°C) for substantial periods of time. They should not be installed where they will be continuously exposed to intense, direct sunlight. Materials and Finishes Because Wilsonart® Cabinet Liner sheets are produced primarily for application to unexposed surfaces, the Cabinet Liner sheets has one side in a decorative solid color and the other side is sanded to facilitate bonding.如无特殊说明，文章均为本站原创，转载请注明出处。If there are no special instructions, the articles are original, if you want to use or reproduce, please indicate the original source www.plywoodinspection.com,If you find that our article infringes on your rights and interests, please email us in time and we will delete it at the first time.
