1. Adhesive quality

The performance of adhesive is an important factor affecting the structural strength and performance stability of wood-based panels. The synthetic resin used in plywood production has good performance, enough bonding strength, reasonable distribution ratio of each group of adhesives, stable performance of the prepared adhesive, appropriate resin content and viscosity, and long enough active period, so as to ensure normal operation and all indexes of products meet the requirements. In addition, the environmental performance of adhesive determines the environmental quality of finished plywood.

2. Veneer quality

The veneer quality has a great influence on the bonding strength. Veneer is made of solid wood by rotary cutting, wood preparation and veneer rotary cutting process are given enough attention, good wood softening treatment, good control of rotary cutting conditions, veneer indicators in the best value, but also to ensure veneer moisture content and flatness, to avoid deformation of finished plywood.

3. Plywood bonding

It is necessary to master the sizing amount and slab aging before gluing. If the amount of glue is too large, the cost is high; if the adhesive layer is too thick, the internal stress will increase, and at the same time, it is easy to penetrate the glue; if the glue content is too small, it is not conducive to the infiltration of the glue solution, and the adhesive layer will be incomplete. The length of aging time of plywood is suitable, and it changes reasonably with the climate change. The results show that the core plate can be tensioned completely, and the phenomenon of core plate lamination and seam separation is reduced. Excessive use of viscose can also cause excessive formaldehyde emission.
