1. Adhesive quality

The performance of adhesives is an important factor affecting the structural strength and performance stability of wood-based panels. The synthetic resin used in plywood production has excellent performance, enough bonding strength, reasonable distribution ratio of each adhesive group, stable performance of the prepared adhesive, suitable resin content and viscosity, and long enough active period, so as to ensure normal operation and all indexes of the product meet the requirements. In addition, the environmental performance of adhesive determines the environmental quality of finished plywood.

2. Veneer quality

Veneer quality has a great influence on bonding strength. Veneer is made of solid wood section by rotary cutting. Enough attention has been paid to the preparation of wood section and veneer rotary cutting processes. Wood softening treatment has been well carried out. The rotary cutting conditions have been well controlled to make veneer indicators in the best value. Meanwhile, the moisture content and flatness of veneer have been ensured to avoid deformation of finished plywood.

3. Plywood bonding

Before glue pressing, we should pay attention to the two links of sizing amount and slab aging. If the amount of glue is too large, the cost will be high; if the glue layer is too thick, the internal stress will increase, and it is easy to penetrate the glue; if the amount of glue is too small, it is not conducive to the infiltration of glue, and the glue layer will be incomplete. Plywood has been kept aging for a suitable period of time, and make reasonable changes with climate change. The whole core plate is realized, and the lamination and separation of core plate are reduced. Excessive use of viscose will also cause excessive formaldehyde emission.
