Density board inspection standard and method

1、 Density board quality defects and inspection standards:

1. Delamination / bubbling: not allowed.

2. Corner defect: it is not allowed when the thickness is ≤ 10mm.

3. Oil stain: not allowed.

4. Carbonization: not allowed.

2、 Format specification and warpage requirements:

Width: 1220mm, 915, deviation ± 2.0mm.

Length: 24401830, deviation ± 3.0mm.

Diagonal: the tolerance of two diagonal lines is less than 3.0mm.

Warpage: no more than 3.0mm/m. (when the plate thickness is ≤ 6mm, the warpage is not measured.)

Edge irregularity: plus or minus 1.5mm/m.

3、 Water content: 6 ~ 10%.

4、 Formaldehyde content: the formaldehyde emission per 100 grams of absolute dry wood-based panel by perforated extraction method is less than 9mg/100g (E1 standard).

5、 Density: greater than 0.72g/cm3.

6、 Strength: the surface bonding strength is greater than 1.2MPa; The internal bonding strength is greater than 0.45MPa; The static bending strength is greater than 20MPa; Nail holding force: the plate edge is greater than 800N, and the plate surface is greater than 1000N.

7、 Inspection procedures

1. For size requirements, 10% of each batch shall be sampled for inspection. When the pass rate reaches 95%, it shall be regarded as qualified, and the warehousing shall be handled. When the pass rate cannot reach 95%, another 10% shall be sampled for re inspection. When the pass rate of two sampling reaches 95%, it shall be regarded as qualified in the whole batch, and the warehousing shall be handled. Otherwise, it shall be regarded as unqualified in the whole batch, and the whole batch shall be returned.

2. The inspection of water absorption expansion rate and water content depends on the situation, and it should be tested at any time when necessary.

3. For the determination of formaldehyde content, the other party’s test report shall prevail. If necessary, it can be sent to the inspection agency for testing.

8、 Inspection method

1. Sampling

Draw in proportion according to the incoming quantity.

2. Measure moisture content

Measured with instruments, the moisture content should be 4% “13%.

3. Inspection procedure

3.1 thickness measurement

Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.05mm to measure a total of 8 points at the four corners 25mm inward on the four sides of the plate and 25mm inward in the middle of the four sides. The arithmetic mean value is the plate thickness, accurate to o.1mm.

3.2 inspection of format size

The length is on both sides of the board width, and the width is on both sides of the board length, measured with a steel tape, accurate to imm.

3.3 inspection of diagonal length

Measure the diagonal length of the plate with a steel tape, accurate to imm.

3.4 measurement of edge irregularity

Stick a ruler with a length of lOOmm close to the edge of the plate, and measure the maximum deviation between the edge of the plate and the ruler, accurate to imm.

3.5 inspection of warpage

Place the concave surface of the plate upward on the horizontal table, and place the edge of a ruler with a length of 100 mm vertically on the concave surface of the plate. Check and measure the maximum chord height, which is the warpage, accurate to imm.
