Lagos Nigeria Film faced Plywood Inspections Checklists and Inspectors guide

The FILM can be bonded or overlaid on the surface of wood-based panels by hot pressing,ALSO have plastic FILM NAMED PP FILM FACED PLYWOOD CAN BE USED MORE THAN 20 TIMES.

Film-coated paper is widely used in building formwork production. Film-coated paper  and man-made board are hot-pressed and formed into building formwork. It is beautiful and has obvious advantages: making the surface of building membranes smooth ; the film faced plywood will not cause any pollution to the building; it can strictly limit the amount of harmful gases; wear resistance and pressure resistance; waterproof paint greatly prolongs the service life of the film faced plywood.

Film-coated paper is divided into black film-coated paper and brown film-coated paper. The film-coated board produced by the film-coated paper enables the template to be repeatedly constructed inside and outside the building. The phenolic resin film attached to its surface has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, compression resistance, smooth surface and easy to use, thus avoiding secondary plastering and greatly shortening the construction period. This kind of cladding board is widely used in shear walls, dams, tunnels and so on. It has broad prospects for development.

Reasons for Layering of Film Coated Paper

First, it may be that the base paper is recycled paper, and the paper itself is not good, so the immersion is not uniform and there is no penetration when dipping, so the layer is taken up. In addition, there is no pressure synthesis when hot pressing, and the film paper layer appears in the demoulding or use.

Secondly, it may be that the temperature of hot-pressing template is low, the adhesion of film coated paper is not good, and there are delaminates.

Thirdly, the impregnated glue of the film-coated paper itself is not good, which affects the uniformity of the adhesive adhesion of the paper itself and leads to the delamination.
