As the names showing ,they are fancy plywood ,so when inspect them ,should according to the fancy plywood grading rules .

Names are loosely and interchange used for: meranti, lauan and a myriad of species from West Tropical Africa and some types from Southeast Asia. We offer the dark red meranti with a density of approx. 36-48 lbs/ft3. It is a substitute for Honduras mahogany when pricing is a priority. We consider it the second cousin of Honduras mahogany (twice removed). Although lacking in the richness of colour, it is clear and easy to work with. This represents a beautiful, offshore, exotic lumber at an affordable price.
