On November 21, 2021, China Forestry Society and China Forest Products Industry Association organized experts to evaluate the new technology of “production and application technology of polyurethane / polyacrylate impregnated adhesive film paper” presided over by the Wood Industry Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences and the new product of “aldehyde free impregnated adhesive film paper” presided over by Guangdong Tianyuan Huibang new materials Co., Ltd., and the new technology and new product successfully passed the appraisal.

“Production and application technology of polyurethane / polyacrylate impregnated adhesive film paper” is jointly completed by the Wood Industry Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of forestry, Guangdong Tianyuan Huibang New Material Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Liangshi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Aiming at the problem of formaldehyde release from melamine impregnated adhesive film paper for wood-based panel finishing, polyurethane / polyacrylate resin with oligomeric degree, high permeability and high solid content is developed. The impregnated resin system for formaldehyde free impregnated adhesive film paper with different functions is constructed by using monomers and modifying additives with hydroxyl / amino groups and other active groups; The end group curing and sealing technology was adopted to reduce the reaction activity of functional groups such as – NCO, and the self demoulding of adhesive film paper hot pressing was realized. The large-scale production of formaldehyde free impregnated adhesive film paper is realized without changing the existing process conditions. The formaldehyde emission of impregnated adhesive film paper is 0.1mg/l, with good flexibility and can be rolled. This technology has good finishing effect on different wood-based panel substrates. The surface bonding strength of the finished wood-based panel can reach 1.39mpa, the surface resistance to dry heat, pollution and corrosion, cracking and water vapor can reach grade 5, the light color fastness is above grade 4 of gray card, the abrasion value is 35mg / 100r, and the cold and heat cycle resistance can meet the requirements of impregnated adhesive film paper facing particleboard and fiberboard (GB / T 15102-2017). This achievement has been applied in Guangdong Tianyuan Huibang and Jiangsu Liangshi companies, showing good economic and social benefits. This achievement has authorized 3 invention patents and applied for 3 invention patents; Published 2 academic papers; Formulate one enterprise standard.

“Aldehyde free impregnated adhesive film paper” is a new product jointly developed by Guangdong Tianyuan Huibang new materials Co., Ltd. and the Institute of wood industry, Chinese Academy of forestry. The product has good flexibility and can be rolled. Tested by the national quality supervision and inspection center of wood-based panel and wood and bamboo products, it meets the relevant index requirements of Q / HB 0005-2021 aldehyde free impregnated adhesive film paper, and the formaldehyde emission is 0.1 mg / L; The veneered wood-based panel with this product has the surface wear resistance, scratch resistance, pollution corrosion resistance, water vapor resistance and surface bonding strength, which meet the requirements of impregnated adhesive film paper veneered particleboard and fiberboard (GB / T 15102-2017). Two invention patents were authorized and one enterprise product standard was formulated. Mass production of new products has been realized, which is of great significance to promote green production and technological upgrading of veneer wood-based panels.
