Melamine impregnated paper, also known as “melamine” paper, is a plain base paper or printing decorative paper impregnated with amino resin (melamine formaldehyde resin and urea formaldehyde resin) and dried to a certain extent, with a certain resin content and volatile content of the adhesive paper, after hot pressing can be bonded with each other or with artificial board substrate.

Main indicators

A. dipping quantity: the content of solid resin in decorative film paper, expressed as percentage (%). B. Volatile matter content: The content of volatile matter (mostly water and other small molecules) in decorative film paper, expressed in percentage (%). C. Pre-curing degree: Curing degree of resin in decorative film paper, expressed as percentage (%).
