Particle Board QC Inspection Checklist : Part 10   Instructions for inspection methods

The thickness of A1 is measured at 6 points with micrometer at any position on the four sides of the plate, and the accuracy is 0.01 mm.

The length and width of A2 are measured by steel tape at any position in the width and length direction of the plate. The accuracy is 1 mm.

A3 edge straightness is aligned with steel tape (or thin wire rope) at the two corners of the plate, and the maximum deviation between the edge of the plate and the steel tape is measured with steel tape, accurate to 0.5mm. The four sides of the board should be measured.

The A4 warpage is to place the concave face of particleboard on the horizontal table. The side of the steel tape or the two diagonals of the thin wire rope are used to connect the board. The maximum chord height is measured by the steel tape with an accuracy of 0.5mm. The ratio of the maximum chord height to the diagonal length is the warpage degree, which is expressed as a percentage and is accurate to 0.01%.

Local fracture or fracture trace occurred in A5 fractured fingerboard.

A6 indentation is an uneven phenomenon on the surface of non-sanded board.

Mild: refers to the indentation depth not exceeding 0.4 mm, area not exceeding 8 cm 2, in any square meters of the board is allowed to have a place.

Not significant: the indentation depth is not more than 0.6 mm, the area is not more than 12 cm2, and there are two places allowed on any surface per square meter.

Particleboard must be packed separately according to model and specification when it leaves the factory. Labels must be attached to the packaging, indicating the name of the manufacturer, product name, trademark, category, grade, specification model, sheet number, date of production and product standard number, etc.

China Particleboard should be moisture-proof, rain-proof and sun-proof during transportation and storage
