Product characteristics

1. Excellent physical properties

The density of the mechanical board of the bridge opening is 0.35-0.55g/cm3, while that of the flat pressed door board is about 0.75g/cm3. It can be seen that the density of the mechanical board of the bridge opening is lower than that of the flat pressed particleboard. Therefore, the quality of the door panel can be greatly reduced by using the mechanical panel of the bridge opening to make the door panel, and the maximum can be reduced by 60%; the mechanical panel of the bridge opening has good thermal insulation and sound insulation performance, and the 40 mm thick hollow panel is equivalent to the thermal insulation effect of 300 mm thick brick wall, with the sound insulation up to 28 dB; its compressive performance is good, and it will not deform under the pressure of 2 MPa; because of the special manufacturing process of the mechanical panel of the bridge opening Its water swelling ratio (TS) in thickness direction is very small, almost comparable to the radial deformation of wood.

Although the longitudinal static bending strength of the mechanical board of the bridge opening produced by extrusion method is very low and the water absorption expansion rate in the length direction is high, the longitudinal static bending strength of the mechanical board of the bridge opening can completely meet the national standard requirements of the ordinary particleboard after being veneered with 3 mm single board; at the same time, the mechanical board of the bridge opening is only used as the core board, with certain requirements for its thickness, and will be veneered when it is used, And only used in the dry environment, its length direction of water swelling rate will not affect its use.

2. Low manufacturing cost

Raw materials: the density of the mechanical board of the bridge hole is far lower than that of the plain pressed particleboard, and the raw materials used to make the mechanical board of the bridge hole are far less than that of the ordinary particleboard; if the urea formaldehyde resin is used as the adhesive to make the particleboard, the amount of glue applied to make the qualified plane pressed particleboard is 10% – 12%, while the amount of glue applied to the mechanical board of the bridge hole is only 4% – 8%. It can be seen that in terms of raw materials, the mechanical slab of bridge opening can also greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the slab.

In terms of equipment: as the extrusion method is to control the feeding amount of the extruder by the extrusion head of the extruder and the thickness of the plate by the hot pressing plate, although the single production efficiency of the extruder is relatively low, compared with the flat pressing particleboard, the extrusion method does not need a special paver, pre press, slab conveyor and slab acceleration conveyor for the production of the door plate, and the particleboard mixed with glue can Directly from the silo into the extruder. Less equipment is needed to produce the mechanical slab of bridge opening, and its operation cost and equipment maintenance cost will also be reduced.

3. Simplified process flow

The bridge hole mechanical plate produced by extrusion method can be directly sent to the extruder for extrusion molding without pavement and preloading after raw material sizing. It can be seen that the two processes of slab paving and pre pressing can be omitted in the production of bridge hole mechanical board by extrusion compared with the production of particleboard by flat pressing, thus simplifying the process flow.

4. The free formaldehyde emission of the board is reduced

The most perplexing problem of wood-based panel is the release of free formaldehyde. Free formaldehyde comes from two parts: 1) formaldehyde emission of wood itself. 2) Formaldehyde not involved in the reaction in urea formaldehyde resin adhesive, formaldehyde released during hot pressing and in use. The basic and main reason is to use urea formaldehyde resin adhesive. Although the free formaldehyde can be reduced by formaldehyde catcher, longer hot pressing time and post-treatment of the plate, the manufacturing cost of the plate will be increased. The door panel produced by extrusion method can produce the panel meeting the requirements by using the urea formaldehyde resin adhesive which is lower than the general particleboard, so the free formaldehyde emission of the panel can be reduced. For example: with the mixture of straw and wood as raw materials, urea formaldehyde resin as adhesive, the door panel with free formaldehyde of 3mg / 100g can be produced.
