S-FORM

S-FORM is plywood covered with 120-440 g/m2 phenol film with smooth coating. Coating colors are: dark-brown, black, light-brown, yellow. Other colors are available upon request. The butt-ends of the plywood are coated with water-resistance paint. Plywood with client’s logo can be manufactured.

S-FORM is used for monolithic construction, transport (walls), construction of agricultural buildings, as well as in other spheres requiring high durability, geometrical stability, corrosion resistance and extreme humidity resistance.

S-IRONBIRCH

S-IRONBIRCH is used in the spheres requiring good anti-skid properties and high surface durability such as bus flooring, industrial flooring, loading platforms, storage racks.

S – HEXA

S-HEXA is plywood coated with 120-220 g/m2 phenol or melamine film. The plywood surface has hexagonal structure. Its Taber test wear resistance index is 400 to 500. Possible colors of the surface are grey or brown.

S-HEXA is used in the spheres requiring good anti-skid properties and high surface durability, such as transport or warehouse flooring.

S-Сolor

S-COLOR is plywood coated with 120-220 g/m2 phenol film. Possible colors of the surface are: yellow, grey, green or red. Other colors are available upon request.

S-COLOR is used for furniture manufacturing, interior furnishing, transport and decoration.

S-MEL can be used in furniture manufacturing, interior furnishing, transport and other spheres where decorative properties of the material are important.

S-LNG

S-LNG is a non-overlaid plywood of increased strength properties with face layers of BB or WG veneer and internal layers made of veneer, meeting the increased requirements for the quantity and types of admissible defects. This type of plywood is manufactured in accordance with the higher requirements established for the products used in the production of LNG tankers intended for the transport of liquefied natural gas (it is used in the isolation systems of membrane tanks).

S-LNG plywood outstands a high level of pressure and maintains dimensional stability under the influence of extremely low temperature (up to -160 ° C).

Certification of S-LNG  is under development
