A plywood for container bottom plate and its production method are formed by hot pressing after the multilayer wooden veneer and directional structural plate are staggered arranged and assembled into billets. The directional structural plate comprises at least two layers. The thickness of the directional structural plate is 8-18mm. At least one layer of the wooden veneer is sandwiched between the two adjacent layers of the directional structural plate. The panel layer and the bottom plate layer of the plywood are all wooden veneers. The total number of layers of the wood veneer and the directional structural board is not more than 13. The plywood used for the container bottom plate of the invention uses the artificial wood veneer and the directional structural plate to compound to generate the plywood used for the container bottom plate, greatly reducing the composite layer number of the plywood, saving the amount of glue used, and solving the problems such as lack of resources, high production cost and unsatisfactory appearance.
