Quality Problems Easily Caused by Putty Scraping at the Edge of Plywood
Putty scraping at the edge of plywood is a common production process in many domestic and export manufacturers. Putty scraping at the edge can not only hide the core voids ,gaps and veneer missing defects at the edge, but also make the layer of the edge clearer and nice . Of course, there are many potential quality risks for edge-scraping putty, such as quality inspectors can hardly find edge quality problems again, such as delamination, lack of veneer layers, internal structure and veneer quality. If it is winter or cold season, putty is freeze-dried, moisture content is difficult to be detected accurately, even in summer, if the putty scrapes too much, it is easy to cause delamination or other quality problems at the edge.
