Quality standard for wooden door production

In order to standardize the production criteria of each link of wooden door production and improve the production quality of wooden door, the production quality standard of wooden door is formulated according to the industry standard of Chinese indoor wooden door and the actual situation of our factory.

This quality standard is applicable to woodworking workshop, veneer workshop, assembly workshop, paint workshop and packaging workshop of wooden door production department

The quality inspector of each link shall inspect the goods in this link according to this quality standard, and the unqualified products shall be ordered to be repaired by specific operators, and the products can be released only after they meet the requirements; the person in charge of each workshop shall, according to the quality standard, require all employees in this link to strictly implement them.

2.1 quality standard of woodworking link

2.1.1   allowable deviation of door leaf thickness is within – 1mm;   2.1.2   allowable deviation of door leaf width and height is ± 3mm;

2.1.3   the diagonal of the door leaf glass grid is straight, and there is no waste left at the corner of the glass grid;   2.1.4   the offset length of the door face and the door edge ≤ 10 mm shall not be more than 5, and the length shall not be more than 10 mm;

2.1.5   door leaf curvature ≤ 5mm;

2.1.6   the flatness of the door leaf and the oil mixing series are ≤ 1mm, and the oil cleaning series are not allowed;   2.1.7   the panel and the side are not allowed to crack and the bonding is not firm;

2.1.8   the distance between the two ends of the door leaf and the edge of the door is 60-80mm, and the inclination of the door eye is not allowed;   2.1.9   the length of the serration mark at the slotting and carving place is not more than 10 mm, and the length is not more than 10 mm;

2.1.10   door leaf bulge and depression are not allowed;   2.1.11   door edge lack of skin is not allowed;

2.1.12   coating and painting are not allowed in the area of pasting and painting;   2.1.13   delivery is not allowed if the quantity of workpieces is inconsistent with the order quantity;   2.1.14   production is not allowed if not in accordance with the order requirements;   2.1.15   wormholes, scabs and missing materials are not allowed on the surface of workpieces

2.2   quality standard of skin sticking link

2.2.1   there shall be no more than 2 scratches with the width less than 0.5mm, and no more than 2 scratches are allowed;   2.2.2   knife marks on wood leather surface are obviously not allowed;

2.2.3   there shall be no more than 3 parts with less than 5m ㎡ of veneered workpiece, and no more than 3 parts with more than 5m ㎡; 2.2.4   collision and material shortage are not allowed;

2.2.5   no more than 5 places with glue penetration and glue area less than 10m ㎡, and no more than 5 places are allowed;   2.2.6   the width of split joint of veneer shall not be more than 0.3mm, the length shall not be more than 200mm   2.2.7   the grain of veneer is similar or basically consistent, and the color difference of wood is not allowed;   2.2.8   the phenomenon of package lifting and layering is not allowed;   2.2.9   the overlap of veneer is not allowed;

2.2.10   the width of wood skin crack is less than 0.3mm;   2.2.11   the phenomenon of hot paste and decay is not allowed;

2.2.12   wormholes, holes and leaves are not allowed, no more than 3 parts with the diameter less than 5mm and no more than 5mm are allowed;

2.2.13   no more than 5 parts with the length less than 10 mm and no more than 10 mm are allowed;   2.2.14   the veneer of the veneered workpiece must be pasted in place and end to end;

2.2.15   it is not easy to distinguish the color and pattern of wood skin patch, patch material and panel material;   2.2.16   it is not allowed to paste the wood skin of the veneered workpiece not according to the requirements;

2.2.17   there shall be no more than two bright shadows and dark marks with an area less than 50m ㎡, and no more than 50m ㎡;

2.2.18   the indentation depth shall be less than 1.5mm, width shall be less than 2mm, and there shall be no more than 4 places in case of no concentration, and it is not allowed to be larger than this size;

2.2.19   the diameter of pockmarks and black spots less than 1mm shall not be more than 5, and the diameter greater than 1mm shall not be allowed;

2.2.20   pits and unevenness on the surface of wood sheet are not allowed;   2.2.21 delivery is not allowed if the quantity of workpieces is inconsistent with the order quantity;

2.3   quality standard of assembly and door pocket stitching link

2.2.1   the maximum error between the height of sheathing plate and the order dimension is + 50mm, and the minimum dimension shall not be less than + 20 of the door leaf height, beyond which it is not allowed;   2.2.2   the error of the width of sheathing plate is ± 3mm;

2.2.3   the allowable range of dimension error of hanging plate and angle guard is ± 1mm;   2.2.4   the range of position error of hinge slot is ± 1mm;

2.2.5   it is not allowed that the depth of the slot is inconsistent, the slot is bent and not straight;   2.2.6   the dislocation distance of the door stop line is less than 1mm;

2.2.7   no more than 5 offset prints with a length of ≤ 10 mm and no more than 10 mm are allowed;   2.2.8   no more than 2 scratches with a width of less than 0.5 mm and no more than 2 scratches;   2.2.9   no material shortage and collision;   2.2.10   no crack and deformation of glass grid;

2.2.11   line seam shall not be greater than 0.2mm; panel seam shall not be greater than 1mm;   2.2.12   line dislocation shall be less than 0.2mm;

2.2.13   it is not allowed that the gun nails are exposed and deviated

2.2.14   indentation depth is less than 1.5mm, width is less than 2mm, no more than 4 places are allowed in case of no concentration, and no more than this size is allowed;

2.2.15   the gap between the door stop line and the vertical tappet shall not be greater than 0.2mm;   2.2.16 delivery is not allowed if the quantity of workpiece is inconsistent with the order quantity;

2.4   quality standard of white grinding and primer   2.4.1   collision and material shortage are not allowed;

2.4.2   there shall be no more than 3 parts with less than 5m ㎡ of the veneered workpiece, and no more than 3 parts with more than 5m ㎡;   2.4.3   there shall be no more than 2 parts with scratch width less than 0.5mm, and no more than 2 parts with more than 5mm;   2.4.4   the corners and grooves shall be polished in place, with smooth feel, and no rough hand;   2.4.5   the flatness of the workpiece ≤ 1mm;

2.4.6   primer hanging area shall be less than 5m ㎡, not more than 5, not more than 5m ㎡;   2.4.7   primer particle diameter shall be less than 2mm, not more than 10, not more than 2.4.7   primer particle diameter less than 2mm, not more than 10, not more than this standard;   2.4.8   paint peeling phenomenon is not allowed;   2.4.9   paint color is not allowed;.4.4.10   paint fog, fogand fogphenomenon is not allowed;.4.4.11   2.4.11.4.11;.4.11 94942.4.12 the phenomenon of split joint of veneer is not allowed   no heavy veneer;   2.4.13   no glue penetration;

2.5 quality standard of oil grinding link

2.5.1   no more than 8 holes with a diameter of less than 0.5mm and no more than 0.5mm are allowed;   2.5.2   obvious sandpaper printing length is less than 50mm and no more than 5 holes are allowed outside this range;   2.5.3   oil cleaning grinding leakage area is less than 5m ㎡ and no more than 3 holes; oil mixing grinding leakage area is less than 100m ㎡ and no more than 5 holes are allowed outside this range;

2.5.4   edges, corners and grooves shall be polished in place, with smooth feel, and rough hands are not allowed; 2.5.5   no defect

Material phenomenon

2.5.6 workpiece flatness ≤ 0.3mm

2.5.7   if the diameter of bright spot of oil cleaning workpiece is less than 1mm, no more than 10 spots shall be concentrated, and it is not allowed outside this range;

2.5.8   the edges and corners of the line shall be polished in place, the feel shall be smooth, rough hands are not allowed, and the paint flow inside the line is not allowed;

2.5.9 collision and scratch are not allowed

2.5.10   the color of putty is not allowed to be inconsistent with the material;   2.5.11   there is no gap between upright and door stop line, line and door leaf quality inspection;

2.6   quality standard of color correction link   2.6.1   color difference is not allowed to be obvious;   2.6.2   sandpaper printing is not allowed to be obvious;   2.6.3   particles and pockmarks are not allowed;

2.6.4   the color of corner is the same as that of large surface, and the black edge is not allowed;   2.6.5   the scratch phenomenon is not allowed;   2.6.6   the bag lifting and collision phenomenon are not allowed;   2.6.7   no collision phenomenon;   2.6.8   no color correction is not in place;   2.6.9   the color is not even slightly allowed;   2.6.7

2.7 quality standard for finishing coat

2.7.1   the paint surface, edges and corners and grooves are smooth, and rough hands are not allowed;

2.7.2   obvious sandpaper printing is not allowed;   2.7.3   black edge is not allowed;

2.7.4   no more than 5 particles with the diameter less than 0.5mm on the front of the visible workpiece are allowed outside this range;

2.7.5   the diameter of the pinhole shall be less than 0.1mm and not more than 5   2.7.6   pit holes are not allowed;   2.7.7   paint surface is not allowed to be covered;

2.7.8   invisible particles and pits are slightly allowed;   2.7.9   processing ripples are not allowed;   2.7.10   film sagging is not allowed;   2.7.11   film pollution is not allowed;
