Quality standard of plywood in plywood factory
Packing board, suitable for use in all permanent structures. Permanent phenolic resins are used for individual wood veneers of bonds. Type A bonds are distinctly dark in colour and complete in weather risk. Long-term stress and combination exposure and pressure conditions are durable and permanent.
Made from a series of cork and hardwood species of wood structural plywood. These timber species may not last long and are exposed to weather conditions when used. For exposed applications, structural plywood must be preserved to ensure its continuity, give full play to its service life and surface finish, in order to reduce ground inspection.
The engineering properties of two AS/NZS 2269 and AS1720.1 structural plywood are listed. Engineering properties of structural plywood are given. Eight standard pressure grades, F7, F8, F11, F14, F17, F22, F27, F34, are given.
