Study on Forming manufacturing process of Plywood
What is the difference between one-time forming manufacturing process and multiple forming manufacturing process of plywood? What is one-time manufacturing process ? Is pre-pressing and hot-pressing one-time forming manufacturing process ? What’s the difference between the two manufacturing processes? For example, strength and so on.
Before the film is coated, the substrate is made and then the three-piece board is made.
Plywood generally needs to be laid out, pre-pressed, hot-pressed, scraped greasy, sanded, trimmed and film covered.
After hot pressing, the base plate is not scraped greasy and sanded. After the overlay is made into three pieces, the plywood is scraped greasy, sanded, trimmed and film covered.
Secondary forming manufacturing process needs to complete all the processes to sanding to make a substrate, and then cover into three pieces of board, and then pre-press, hot-press, scrape greasy, sanding. Finally, the plywood is cut and film coated.
There is no difference in strength between primary and secondary plywood moulding manufacturing process . Secondary moulding manufacturing process is more meticulous in workmanship and more closely bonded in the middle because of the small gap after scraping and sanding.
