Study on Production Technology and Equipment of Hardboard  Hardboard  by Semi-dry Process

In order to solve the problem that a large amount of sewage is produced in the production of rigid Hardboard  by wet process in our unit, this study, proceeding from the actual production situation and on the basis of wet process of rigid Hardboard , studied a kind of production technology of semi-dry process for producing rigid Hardboard , and solved the problem that the original fibers need to be evenly pulped with water and then paved. At the same time, it retains the advantages of hydrogen bond bonding and no sizing, so as to produce low energy consumption, less pollution and environmental friendly rigid Hardboard . After long-term observation and testing in the wet production line of Hardboard  Hardboard , it was found that the relative moisture content of fibers just grinded from the hot mill was about 50% at the end of the first stage of pressing dehydration, and the fibers just grinded from the hot mill were evenly accumulated, not agglomerated, in a dry state and had good movement. Grasps in the hand will not feel wet, will not stick to the hand, the wind can fly up, easy to pave. Using this characteristic, the paper carries on the corresponding equipment technological transformation on the basis of the long net paving forming section of the original Hardboard  Hardboard  production workshop, and studies a method of making the fibers just grinded from the thermal mill directly sprayed on the front end of the long net for paving and pre-pressing, so as to solve the problem of uniform mixing and paving of the original wet production water. The problem of producing large quantities of sewage. The test results show that: (1) the equipment modification only needs to add a paving box before the fibre paving preloading forming, and the equipment in the remaining sections remains unchanged. (2) The relative moisture content of the slab formed by the above-mentioned paving process is about 30% lower than that of the fibers of the slab just after the first stage of hot pressing and dehydration in the original wet process. (3) There is no need to press and dehydrate, so the slab can be fed into the hot press without metal mattress on the top of the mattress, starting from the second stage of heat transfer and drying of the original wet production hot pressing process, thus avoiding the problem that the slab with 78% relative moisture content produced by the original wet production produces a large amount of sewage again during hot pressing. The hot pressing time is reduced and the energy consumption is reduced. (4) The extruded board is smooth on both sides, which improves the value of the product and increases its use. (5) The static bending strength of rigid Hardboard  meets the second grade standard of GB/T 12626.1-2009. (6) 50% of the relative moisture content of the fibers can still be bonded by hydrogen bond to form a board during hot pressing. Without sizing, the Hardboard  Hardboard  produced is environmentally friendly. Therefore, the production process and equipment of the Hardboard  Hardboard  studied in this paper solved the problem of a large amount of sewage produced by the original process, and it is a new production method of Hardboard  Hardboard  with energy saving, consumption reduction and environmental protection.
