由于薄板有着天生的柔韧性和弯曲性,还有天生的缺陷比如翘曲 和 很容易折断。

Because the thin plywood sheet has inherent flexibility , there are also inherent defects such as warping and easy to break.

在质检薄板的时候,需要特别注意薄板的胶合板内部结构,一般不允许用齿接,用整张的芯板或者斜接的比较适合做薄板,有着很强的整张力,不容易折断,不容易翘曲。但是,由于薄板一般只使用板子的一面,所以,一般的情况下,薄板的两面的树种有可能不一致,所以这也是造成薄板容易翘曲的一个原因。

In the quality inspection of thin plywood , special attention should be paid to the internal structure of plywood. It is generally not allowed to use finger  joints core veneer .  The whole core veneer or scarf joints coreveneers are more suitable for thin plywood . They have strong tension, are not easy to break, and are not easy to warp. However, because the thin plywood sheet generally only uses one side of the sheet, in general, the tree species on both sides of the plywood sheet may be inconsistent not the same , so this is also one of the reasons why the plywood sheet is easy to warp.

在质检薄板的时候,要严格执行对角线折弯的方法和平行短边折弯的方法去测试内部结构。

In the quality inspection of thin plywood sheets , the diagonal bending method and the parallel short-side  1220mm bending method should be strictly implemented to test the internal structure.

Other defects are the same like regular plywood inspection ,such as apperance natural defects and manufacturing defects .
