It is the policy of all the exporters ,manufacturers ,importers to follow the rules and regulations provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) Title VI formaldehyde standards applies to medium density fiberboard (MDF), particleboard and hardwood plywood products manufactured in, imported into, or sold in the United States. Must ensure its customers have confidence that all products are TSCA VI compliant.
All of them must have a well-documented compliance record with CARB (California Air Resources Board) and CARB 2 and other comparable environmental regulations. THE Companies have purchasing and sales control processes in place to ensure products that meet this new environmental standard.
Ensure all its products will be labeled as of the compliance date of June 1, 2018, set by the EPA. Will comply with the EPA rules that require all regulated composite wood products manufactured or imported into the U.S. be CARB Phase 2 compliant or TSCA VI compliant as of June 1, 2018. Further, beginning March 22, 2019 all regulated composite wood products imported into the U.S. will be TSCA VI compliant.
