According to the national standard, MDF can be divided into E0, E1 and E2 according to its free formaldehyde content. E2 formaldehyde emission is less than 5 mg/L; E1 formaldehyde emission is less than 1.5 mg/L, which can be directly used for indoor decoration; E0 formaldehyde emission is less than 0.5 mg/L. Consumers should try their best to buy products with low formaldehyde emission when choosing medium density boards, which are safer.
Medium density board has relatively high formaldehyde content. If there are materials of medium density board at home, it is recommended to use photocatalyst or liquid Maya blue to treat.
Surface cleanliness: Medium density plate with good surface cleanliness should have no obvious particles. Particles are caused by impurities brought into the process of pressing, which not only affects the beauty, but also makes the paint film easy to peel off.
Surface smoothness: When touching the surface with hand, it should have a smooth feeling. If the feeling is more astringent, it means that the processing is not in place.
Surface smoothness: Medium density board surface should be bright and flat, if the surface is not smooth from the side, it indicates that there are problems in material or coating technology.
