Vietnamese plywood and Chinese Plywood comparison
Vietnamese white hardwood core veneer, similar to Chinese poplar, has a whiter color and lighter weight than ordinary Vietnamese native hardwood such as eucalyptus and acacia. But its quality is lower than that of conventional eucalyptus. Therefore, in Vietnam, high-grade plywood factories still maintain the use of Eucalyptus as the core veneer, such as 5.2MM thin plywood. When making thick pllywood, such as 12MM to 18MM, you can mix several layers of white hardwood wood or Acacia wood.
The price and quality of plywood in Vietnam are slightly less stable, and the factors affected by policy and season are much greater than those in China, which is also the main problem many plywood importers have been complaining about.
