As far as I know, several giant PLYWOOD exporters in China have basically prepared various documents required by EUDR. Even if everything is ready, they are still very worried about whether the documents they prepare can meet the requirements of EUDR, because no one has experience in operating EUDR.
Recently, many importers from Germany, Poland, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium and other countries have come to China to have face-to-face discussions with Chinese plywood exporters about the importance of EUDR and the preparations needed.
If based on the feedback from current exporters, it is expected that 95% of suppliers will be forced to stop exporting to Europe this year because they are not ready for everything required by EUDR.
