GB/T 31765-2015 High Density Fiberboard
This standard specifies the terms, definitions, classifications, requirements, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of high-density fiberboard. This regulation is applicable to medium density fiberboard produced by dry process.
1. Flag:
The product shall be stamped with marks indicating product type symbol, specification and size, production date, formaldehyde emission, etc. Products used by the demander or products with a thickness of less than 6mm that do not need to be affixed with product marks as stipulated in the contract may not be affixed with product marks.
2. Packaging:
They shall be properly packaged according to different types and specifications. Each package shall be marked with product name, type, grade, manufacturer name, address, trademark, specification, size, quantity, product standard number and inspection label of formaldehyde emission limit sign.
GB/T11718-2009 Medium Density Fiberboard
This standard specifies the terms, definitions and abbreviations, classifications and additional classifications, requirements, measurement and test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of MDF. This regulation is applicable to medium density fiberboard produced by dry process.
1、 MDF quality defects and testing standards:
1. Delamination/bubbling: not allowed.
2. Corner defect: no defect is allowed when the thickness is ≤ 10MM.
3. Oil stain: not allowed.
4. Carbonization: not allowed.
2、 Format specification and warpage requirements:
Width: 1220MM, 915, deviation: ± 2.0MM.
Length: 24401830, deviation: ± 3.0MM.
Diagonal line: the tolerance of two diagonal lines is less than 3.0MM.
Warpage: no more than 3.0MM/M. (The warpage is not measured when the plate thickness is ≤ 6MM.)
Edge non straightness: plus or minus 1.5 mm/M.
