    • Observation: Under moderate pressure, the finish showed high resistance to scratching. Only minor, superficial marks were observed under high-pressure testing, which is considered acceptable for the intended applications.
  • Adhesion (Cross-Cut Tape Test):
    • Standard Required: 5B (Best Rating – 0% removal)
    • Result Achieved: 5B
    • Observation: The adhesion of the UV coating to the birch plywood substrate is excellent, with no flaking or detachment observed.
  • Color Fastness & Resistance to Discoloration:
    • Result: PASS
    • Observation: Panels subjected to limited exposure tests showed no noticeable yellowing or color change. The UV finish provides effective protection against discoloration from light exposure.
