Inspection Purpose: To conduct a comprehensive quality verification of the laminated flooring (HDF baseboard) to ensure that the product quality meets the relevant international standards, customer requirements and safe use specifications before shipment to the UK market.
Inspection Scope: Randomly sampled from the batch of laminated flooring (HDF baseboard) produced by the Changzhou factory. The sampling method complies with ISO 2859-1 standard, with a sampling size of 50 pieces (covering different production batches within the same order). The inspection covers product appearance, dimensional accuracy, material properties, mechanical performance, environmental protection performance, installation performance, packaging and marking, etc.

2.1 Appearance Quality Inspection
Inspection Method: Visual inspection and touch inspection under natural light (illumination ≥ 500 lux), checking each sampled piece for surface defects, color difference, edge smoothness, etc.

2.2 Dimensional Accuracy Inspection
Inspection Method: Use a precision measuring tool (steel tape with accuracy 0.5 mm, caliper with accuracy 0.01 mm) to measure the length, width, thickness, squareness and tongue-and-groove size of each sampled piece. For each dimension, measure 3 points (both ends and middle) and take the average value.

2.4 Mechanical Performance Inspection
Inspection Method: Conduct mechanical performance tests in accordance with EN 13329:2018 standard, including impact resistance, bending strength, locking strength and moisture resistance.

2.6 Installation Performance Inspection
Inspection Method: Select 10 sampled pieces to simulate on-site installation, check the ease of installation, the flatness of the installed floor, and the tightness of the joints.

3. DEFECT SUMMARY AND DISPOSITION
During the comprehensive inspection of 50 sampled pieces of laminated flooring (HDF baseboard), no unqualified items were found. All inspection items meet the requirements of EN 13329:2018 standard, E0 Class environmental standard and customer’s specific technical requirements. The product quality is stable and reliable.
4. INSPECTION CONCLUSION
Based on the comprehensive inspection results of the sampled products, it is concluded that the batch of laminated flooring (HDF baseboard) produced by Changzhou, China factory meets the relevant national and international standards as well as the customer’s quality requirements. It is qualified and can be shipped.
