HD Plywood CVD Inv-Prelim Determination Release Delayed
Dear All,
Commerce’s CVD Preliminary Determination was due yesterday and for release today. None of the results were released.
So, we are in a holding pattern now. In rare cases (like 1 time per decade), Commerce misses this deadline and issues the determination in the days that follow.
We will be watching closely and will forward the results as soon as we learn of them.
