In October 2023, our QC team in Vietnam randomly inspected the quality of 30 batches of plywood, MDF, and artificial board products.
This random inspection is based on GB/T 9846-2015 “Ordinary Plywood”, GB/T 15102-2017 “Impregnated Adhesive Film Paper Facing Fiberboard and Particleboard”, GB/T 34722-2017 “Impregnated Adhesive Film Paper Facing Plywood and Blockboard”, GB/T 18102-2007 “Impregnated Paper Laminated Wood Flooring”, GB/T 4897-2015 “Particleboard”, GB/T 18103-2013 “Solid Wood Composite Flooring” GB 18580-2017 “Indoor Decoration and Decoration Materials – Formaldehyde Release Limits in Artificial Panels and Their Products” and other standards, which regulate the moisture content, bonding strength, static bending strength, elastic modulus, immersion peeling, internal bonding strength, surface bonding strength, surface wear resistance, surface resistance to cigarette burning, surface resistance to dry heat, surface resistance to pollution and corrosion, surface resistance to cracking, water absorption thickness expansion rate, screw grip force, paint film adhesion, and paint film hardness of artificial panels Conduct inspections on formaldehyde emissions and other items.
