1.0 Executive Summary
A random sample of 15 vanity units was inspected against approved product specifications, master samples, and general workmanship standards. The overall finding is ACCEPTABLE WITH MINOR DEFECTS.
The vanity cabinets show good structural integrity and finish. The quartz countertops are of satisfactory quality with precise cutouts and polished edges. To the Supplier: It is strongly recommended to:
- Improve handling procedures to avoid minor surface scratches during assembly and packing.
- Reinforce the outer packaging, particularly on the corners, to better withstand logistics handling.
