1.0 Executive Summary

A random sample of 15 vanity units was inspected against approved product specifications, master samples, and general workmanship standards. The overall finding is ACCEPTABLE WITH MINOR DEFECTS.

The vanity cabinets show good structural integrity and finish. The quartz countertops are of satisfactory quality with precise cutouts and polished edges. However, minor cosmetic issues were identified in the finish of some cabinet units. All critical dimensions and functional aspects conform to specifications. Contained within this report are detailed findings and photographic evidence.

6.0 Conclusion & Recommendation

The product lot is found to be ACCEPTABLE. The quality of the bathroom vanities and quartz countertops is consistent and meets the agreed-upon specifications with only minor cosmetic deviations.

Recommendation: APPROVE the lot for shipment.

To the Supplier: It is strongly recommended to:

  1. Improve handling procedures to avoid minor surface scratches during assembly and packing.
  2. Reinforce the outer packaging, particularly on the corners, to better withstand logistics handling.

A follow-up inspection is recommended for future production lots to ensure continuous quality improvement.
