Use 240 #, 320 #, 400 # and 600 # sandpaper respectively, first coarse and then fine. 2. It is required that the product shall be flat and smooth, with smooth lines, and the dead corners of carving shall be polished in place. The surface shall be free of such defects as grinding machine marks, sand marks, pits, sags, cracks, etc. 9: Finish paint 1. The proportion of color paint shall be strictly in accordance with the company’s proportion during color repair, and random operation is not allowed. 2. For color trimming, the first piece must be made and confirmed as qualified before batch processing. 3. Before color repair, all accessories shall be polished and dedusted in place, and they can be processed only after they are confirmed to be qualified, so as to avoid rework after color repair. 4. The operation method shall be correct, the color shall be trimmed evenly, and the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the color plate or the first sample. There shall be no color bleeding, color blooming and other phenomena. 5. The color plate shall be used to align the product parallel to the wood grain, and the overall color shall be consistent with the color plate or the first sample without obvious color difference. 6. Edges, lines and dead corners shall be trimmed in place without white, light color, etc. 7. The proportion of finish paint shall be strictly in accordance with the company’s proportion, and random operation is not allowed. 8. The spraying must be uniform without missing spraying or fault. The paint film must be full, with good leveling property, and the gloss shall be consistent with the company’s requirements. 9. The front side of the product requires that the product feel flat and smooth, without whitening, orange peel, pinhole, sagging, particle and other coating defects.
