On November 10, 2022, 40 batches of wood-based panel products from 19 companies were spot checked, and 3 batches were found to be unqualified.
According to the requirements of SZJG52-2016 Limit of Harmful Substances in Finished Furniture and Raw and Auxiliary Materials, Code for Implementation of Random Inspection on Quality Supervision of Wood based Panel Products and other standards, this random inspection focused on the formaldehyde emission of wood based panel products and the total volatile organic compound (TVOC) emission rate (72h). The unqualified items were the total volatile organic compound (TVOC) emission rate (72h).
