The results of “double random” special supervision and random inspection on the quality of wood-based panel products in January 2023. After inspection, three batches of products were found to be unqualified, and the unqualified detection rate was 15.3%.
This time, 15 batches of wood-based plywood and MDF products produced by 11 enterprises were inspected. The unqualified items include “water absorption thickness expansion rate”, “internal bonding strength”, “static bending strength along the grain”, “modulus of elasticity along the grain”, “modulus of elasticity across the grain”, “formaldehyde emission” and “bonding strength”.
