Position: Production Director / Full-time Production Technical Specialist

Job Requirements
- At least 5+ years of solid production experience in birch plywood.
- Must have professional experience in birch plywood production in the US market.
- Experience as a full-time Production Director or specialized technical expert in birch plywood lamination is required.
- Priority candidates:
- Production Directors with experience in birch plywood factories in China
- Production Directors with experience in birch plywood factories in Vietnam
Language Requirements
- Native or fluent Mandarin
- Basic Thai language skills are a strong plus
