Introduce the wood veneer  and its thickness

Guide: I believe you are not unfamiliar with wood wood veneer , are you? Wood wood veneer  is one of the most common decorative items. Wood wood veneer  is generally used in the wood veneer  decoration industry, but it is also used in the furniture manufacturing industry. What is the thickness of wood wood veneer ? Does the thickness of the wood veneer  have a certain impact on its use?

Wood wood veneer  and its wood veneer  decoration industry started in the 1950s, and after half a century of development, it has reached a considerable scale. Especially in the past 20 years, with the leaping growth of China’s furniture manufacturing industry and decoration industry, its development has progressed by leaps and bounds, and a large number of industry experts have emerged. In the past ten years, China’s furniture manufacturing and decoration industry has used a large number of wood veneer  wood veneer  raw wood veneer . After the log enters the factory, it is necessary to cut the log into sections according to the required length first, and then cut the batten. The sawing scheme must be selected according to the log diameter, wood texture and the method of fixing the batten on the planer, so that the width of the sliced thin wood is not less than the relevant requirements. The reasonable scheme not only has a high timber yield, but also produces more diametrically cut wood veneer s and fewer chordal cut wood veneer s, resulting in products with high decorative value. Different sawing schemes shall be adopted for logs of different diameter classes. The thick solid line in the figure is the sawing line, and the arrow direction is the cutting direction of the planer: in actual production, sawing plan B is usually used for logs with a diameter of less than 400mm, while sawing plan D and E are mostly used for logs with a diameter of 400~800mm. When using these sawing schemes to produce wood veneer , the wood veneer  yield is high, the wood veneer  quality is good, and the planer efficiency is high. The thin wood is classified according to the thickness, and it is called thick thin wood when the thickness is greater than 0.5 ㎜; It is a thin wood instead. Classified according to the manufacturing method, it can be divided into sliced wood veneer ; Rotary cut wood veneer ; Sawing thin wood; Half round rotary cut wood veneer . Usually, it is made by planing. According to the morphological classification, it can be divided into natural wood veneer ; Dyed wood veneer ; Composite wood veneer  (technical wood veneer ); Splicing wood veneer ; Coiled wood veneer  (non-woven wood veneer ). Classified into domestic wood veneer  according to the source; Imported wood veneer . For the quality of wood veneer , thickness uniformity, length and width, error and moisture content. Early wood and late wood, in each annual ring, the part relying on the pith is formed at the beginning of each growing season. The wood is light in color, loose in tissue, and soft in texture, so it is called early wood (spring wood); The part relying on the bark grows later. The wood is dark in color, dense in tissue, and hard in texture. It is called latewood (autumn wood, summer wood). The wood color near the bark of some tree species is light. When the trees are felled, this part has more water, which is called sapwood. The part with darker wood color and less water around the pith is called heartwood. Finally, patterns, chromatic aberration, smoothness and mineral lines. The thickness of natural wood wood veneer  sold in the market is generally 0.4-0.6mm, which requires special wood veneer  equipment to stick to the door panel surface. If there is equipment, it is recommended to use 0.6mm wood wood veneer , which will not easily penetrate the bottom when polishing. If you buy finished decorative panels, the thickness of wood wood veneer  on the surface is generally 0.2mm. You should be careful when polishing, and it is very easy to penetrate the bottom. In addition, this type of panel cannot be painted by the bottom coloring process-
