- No rot, wormholes, decay or dead knots
- Sound knots only, size within allowed tolerance
2. Dimension & Straightness
- Length, width, thickness per drawing/order
- Linear tolerance: ±0.5mm
- No bending, warping or twisting
- Profile shape fully consistent, no distortion
3. Surface Finishing (Raw / Primed / Painted)
Raw Mouldings
- Smooth surface, no rough grain, splinters or burrs
- No scratches, dents, cracks or chipped edges
- Uniform sanding across all faces & profiles
White Primed / Painted Mouldings
- Paint/prime layer full coverage, no bare wood
- Uniform color & thickness, no sagging, blisters or peeling
- No brush marks, spray streaks, pinholes or dust spots
- Edges/corners fully coated, no chipping
4. Cuts & Joints
- End cuts clean, square, no split or tear-out
- Mitre cuts accurate for angle mouldings
- Connected joints tight, no gaps or misalignment
5. Packaging & Marking
- Bundled firmly, protected against friction & damage
- Moisture-proof packing for sea shipment
- Clear marking: Item No., Qty, Size, Batch No.
- No missing pieces in each bundle/carton
