1. Project Overview

The client has a large-volume procurement demand for customized cabinet products for the whole project.
Core Project Note: All required cabinet products are fully customized non-standard products. No standard size ready-made cabinets are acceptable. All production dimensions, panel styles, hardware configurations, surface finishes, door panel designs and internal layouts need to be produced strictly according to client’s individual construction drawings and customized technical requirements.

3. Mandatory Supplier Qualification Requirements (Southeast Asia Local Manufacturers Only)
- Professional cabinet manufacturing factory located in Southeast Asia, with independent production workshop, complete cutting, polishing, painting and customized processing production lines;
- Rich OEM & ODM production experience in customized American-style cabinets and bathroom vanities, familiar with US market product standards, packaging requirements and sea export shipping rules;
- Strong non-standard customized production capability: able to accurately produce products according to detailed CAD construction drawings, accept personalized modification requests in production process;
- Complete quality inspection system, support pre-shipment factory inspection, provide official product quality certification and material test reports required by US customs clearance;
- Stable production capacity to support bulk order delivery schedule, flexible lead time negotiation based on project phased installation plan;
- Professional English-speaking sales and technical team, able to communicate technical details directly with US client without language barriers.
4. Cooperation Requirements & Order Details
- All products are 100% custom-made without fixed standard sizes; factory needs to provide free technical drawing review, production solution optimization and quotation service;
- Support full set of export neutral packaging suitable for long-distance ocean transportation, avoid damage during shipping;
- Long-term strategic cooperation priority: this project is the first phase of client’s annual procurement plan, qualified suppliers will obtain continuous repeated orders in follow-up projects;
- We will organize one-on-one technical communication meetings between shortlisted factories and the US client directly for requirement confirmation.
