- Raw (unfinished) birch face/back
- UV prefinished birch face/back (smooth, durable coating)
- Core: Specific species required eucalyptus or lightweight wood but good screw holding ability, but MUST BE premium quality (full-core, no voids, no loose patches, excellent bonding)
- Edges: Clean, solid, no gaps, perfect squaring
- Glue & Emissions: CARB P2, EPA compliant (mandatory for US customs)
Ⅱ. STRICT REQUIREMENTS
- Legal & Compliance (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Factory/exporter NOT on U.S. anti-dumping list for hardwood/decorative plywood .
- Country of origin must NOT be subject to U.S. AD duties (currently: China, Indonesia, Vietnam are excluded due to ongoing AD investigations ).
- Must fully comply with all U.S. customs, import laws, and environmental regulations.
- Geographic Priority
- Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines, etc.)
- Africa (Ghana, Cameroon, Tanzania, etc.)
- Other non-AD countries will also be considered.
- Capacity & Delivery
- Monthly capacity ≥ 60–90 containers of the specified birch plywood.
- Strict on-time delivery as per contract schedule.
- Stable raw material supply for consistent quality.
- Quality Standard
- Premium white birch face/back veneer: smooth, uniform color, minimal knots/rejects.
- Top-grade core: full, dense, no hollow, no overlaps, excellent structural integrity.
- Precision cutting, sanding, and edge finishing.
- Payment Term
- 30% deposit by T/T, balance against copy of B/L (standard for this client).
- Factory Audit
- Client will conduct on-site factory visits in April 2026.
- Prepare full production line, QC process, lab, and sample panels for inspection.
